Our Team

 

Kathy Cox founded Bounty of Yum to promote local food and encourage more people to buy local food from independent small businesses. We will tell you the stories of the purveyors, provide an easier way to buy their products directly, and even give a few recipe tips.

She is a self-described farmers market junkie. For decades, she has bought almost all of her groceries at farmers' markets or directly from local vendors, even when she travels.  She loves hearing about their passion for their products, supporting their businesses, and enjoying delicious food. Great-tasting food starts with the best ingredients.  We curate the products to ensure they fit our standards.

She thought she would share her knowledge by sharing their stories and her tips. We hope you enjoy our Bounty of Yum. 

Kathy is also an instructor and course developer at the University of Washington’s Continuum College for an entrepreneurship certificate and an instructor at Capella University for marketing and innovation. She has a Doctorate of Business Administration from City University of Seattle. She is mainly a proponent of good food.

 

Annie Nguyen is the talented marketer and producer of the videos. Her talent is more than editing and shooting the videos; it is understanding how to motivate and communicate to audiences. She has a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Data Analysis from the City University of Seattle. She is creative and analytical, which is a rare combination.
